Kolhapur, Sept. 11 -- The Bombay High Court's Kolhapur Circuit Bench today issued notice to states's chief secretary, road transport secretary, National Highways Authority of India and district collectors of Kolhapur, Pune and Satara, to submit their respond within next two weeks on a plea to stop taking toll on the potholed Pune-Kolhapur highway.
