Mumbai, June 24 -- The Bombay High Court's hearing on Satish Salian's plea for a CBI probe into the 2020 demise of his daughter Disha Salian, celebrity manager of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has been delayed once more after another bench recused itself.
On Wednesday, when the matter was listed for hearing before a bench of Justices Sarang Kotwal and Chavan, the judges recused themselves.
According to the legal terminology, judge's recusal means the judge has decided not to hear the case. Courts often do not publicly disclose the reason, and a recusal does not imply any view on the merits of the case.
