Ch. Sambhajinagar, March 25 -- An email claiming that RDX bombs would be used to blow up the Head Post Office and 17 other post offices across Ch. Sambhajinagar city in Maharashtra caused widespread panic on Wednesday, prompting a security alert.

According to officials, the email was received by senior postal authorities, after which they quickly alerted the Police Commissioner and the city police. Police teams rushed to the Head Post Office and issued a high alert across all 17 identified post offices in the city.

The message warned that 16 RDX bombs, allegedly prepared with cyanide, would explode at exactly 12:10 pm. This alarming claim led to a tense situation for some time, with fear spreading among residents and postal staff.
