New Delhi, Oct. 25 -- Veteran actor Satish Shah passed away on Saturday at the age of 74, leaving the Indian film and television industry in mourning. According to the medical certification of cause of death, the veteran actor succumbed to septic shock.
Filmmaker Ashoke Pandit confirmed the heartbreaking news on social media, stating that Shah had been battling kidney-related complications.
Soon after the news broke, tributes began pouring in from across the film fraternity.
Filmmaker Karan Johar paid his respects on Instagram, sharing a simple yet heartfelt message: "Om Shanti (1951-2025)", along with a folded hands emoji.
