Buenos Aires, Sept. 21 -- Leandro Lozano and Miguel Merentiel scored second-half goalsas Boca Juniors eased to a 2-0 away win over 10-man San Lorenzo in Argentina's Clausura tournament.
The hosts were dealt a blow in the 31st minute when Manuel Insaurralde was shown a straight red card for a reckless challenge on Alvaro Montero on Sunday.
Lozano gave Boca the lead just before the hour when he combined with Leonel Flores before finishing clinically into the bottom-right corner. Merentiel doubled the advantage with a sliding finish at the far post after Lautaro Blanco's cross from the left wing.
Boca is now fifth in the 15-team Zone A standings with 17 points, six ahead of 10th-placed San Lorenzo, according to Xinhua.
