Lucknow, July 24 -- In a move to strengthen outreach among the backward and Dalit sections of society, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will launch a nationwide 'Shri Guru Ravidas Maharaj Samrasata Sankalp Abhiyan' from July 29 to mark Sant Ravidas' 650th birth anniversary.
The campaign aims to spread Sant Ravidas's message of social harmony, equality, service, and brotherhood to the masses.
The outreach comes ahead of the 2027 Assembly elections.
According to the party's programme, training and district-level workshops will be organized for workers in all districts from July 25 to 27 as part of the campaign preparations.
