Ranchi, March 28 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Jharkhand will celebrate the party's 47th foundation day across the state on April 6 and has constituted a state-level team to coordinate the programme.
According to the party, Yogendra Pratap Singh has been appointed state convener for the foundation day programme, while Aarti Kujur, Muneshwar Sahu, Amardeep Yadav and Arjun Singh have been made co-conveners.
The party said district units have also been directed to form local coordination teams for the programme.
BJP leaders said a series of events would be organised at mandal, panchayat, booth and district levels between April 5 and 12 as part of the observance.
