Mumbai, May 31 -- BJP State Chief Spokesperson Navnath Ban on Sunday slammed Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanyay Raut for expressing sympathy with Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banerjee over the reported attack on him in Kolkata.
At a press conference here, Ban said that during the tenure of Mamata Banerjee as CM in West Bengal, hundreds of BJP, RSS, and Congress workers were attacked and many were killed. He claimed that Hindus faced atrocities during that period, yet Raut neither raised his voice nor wrote a single editorial against those incidents.
