Mumbai, March 9 -- Maharashtra BJP president Ravindra Chavan has expressed displeasure over the absence of ministers and MLAs during the ongoing budget session of the legislature, party sources said on Monday.
He is expected to hold a meeting soon to reprimand them. It has been noticed that several party MLAs and ministers have been skipping the afternoon proceedings of the House. This has reportedly upset the state BJP chief.
Known as a strict disciplinarian and an effective organiser, Chavan is said to have a strong hold over party ministers and MLAs.
