Shimla, June 27 -- BJP State Chief Spokesperson Rakesh Jamwal accused the Congress-led Himachal Pradesh government of failing to strengthen the state's healthcare infrastructure, alleging that recent developments at Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC), Shimla, had exposed the gap between the government's claims and the ground reality.
Referring to the admission of Rajya Sabha MP Harsh Mahajan to IGMC on Saturday, he claimed that one of the hospital lifts was reportedly non-functional at the time, causing inconvenience during a critical situation.
