Hyderabad, Aug. 7 -- Telangana BJP President N Ramchander Rao came down heavily on Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, calling the Congress-led dharna in Delhi a "complete flop" and a desperate attempt to cover up governance failures.
Addressing a large gathering of party workers in Bhongir, who had arrived in a bike rally from Yadagirigutta, Rao said the Chief Minister had indirectly admitted his failure in implementing the promised 42 per cent reservations for Backward Classes (BCs).
Taking a swipe at Revanth Reddy's comment that BC reservations would be implemented only after Rahul Gandhi becomes Prime Minister, Rao questioned the crowd, "Will Rahul Gandhi become the Prime Minister?" The audience responded with a resounding "No."
