Mumbai, Aug. 6 -- In a major strategic push to mobilize the nation's youth and promote patriotism ahead of Independence Day, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced a nationwide 'Tiranga Rally' scheduled from August 9 to August 17.

The campaign's centerpiece will take place in Mumbai on August 10, where senior leader Devendra Fadnavis will personally lead thousands of young citizens in a high-profile march while holding the Tricolour aloft.

The Mumbai leg of the campaign is expected to draw a massive turnout of 20,000 to 25,000 youths from across the city and neighbouring districts. With Devendra Fadnavis at the forefront, the event has already generated considerable enthusiasm among party cadres.
