Lucknow, Sept. 24 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has reappointed Dharampal Singh as the State General Secretary (Organisation) of Uttar Pradesh, retaining him in the key organisational post.
Dharampal Singh has been serving as the Organisation General Secretary of the Uttar Pradesh BJP since 2022. Originally from Bijnor district, he entered politics in 1986 after completing his mechanical engineering studies.
He joined the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in 1986 and became a full-time worker in 1990. He was initially assigned responsibilities as Organisation Minister for Western Uttar Pradesh and later served as a National Minister.
