Shimla, March 18 -- The BJP on Wednesday moved a privilege motion against Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, alleging that he had repeatedly made misleading statements both in public and on the floor of the House.
Addressing mediapersons before the recommencement of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly budget session, former Chief Minister and leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur said the party's legislature wing had decided to move the motion against the Chief Minister under Rule 75 of the rules of procedure and conduct of business in the Assembly.
