Dharamshala, Aug. 2 -- Himachal Pradesh BJP Vice President and Kangra MLA Pawan Kajal on Sunday accused the Congress government in the state of deliberately obstructing development works by blocking projects submitted to the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) under the priority schemes of opposition MLAs.
Addressing a function organised by the Yuvak Mandal Rajiana Super Kings at Gram Panchayat Rajiana Dam, Kajal alleged that, for the first time in the history of Himachal Pradesh, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) of MLA Priority Schemes submitted by opposition legislators were being stalled during NITI Aayog-level meetings.
