Patna, Oct. 30 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today lodged a formal complaint with the Election Commission, demanding immediate and exemplary action against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for making "derogatory and insulting" remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his election rallies in Bihar.
