New Delhi, Aug. 9 -- With India set to celebrate its 80th Independence Day on August 15, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday organised Tiranga Yatras across several states as part of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, with party leaders and citizens taking to the streets carrying the national flag and paying tribute to freedom fighters.

The marches were held in states including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Haryana, drawing participation from political leaders, youth and members of the public. The events focused on patriotism, national unity and remembering those who sacrificed their lives during the freedom struggle.
