Hyderabad, July 13 -- The Telangana unit of the BJP on Sunday launched a two-day "Singareni Bharosa Yatra" to highlight the Centre's allocation of the Tadicherla-II coal block to the Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) and accuse the previous BRS and the ruling Congress governments of neglecting the state-owned coal miner.
The yatra was flagged off from the BJP state headquarters in Hyderabad under the supervision of union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy and led by Telangana BJP president N Ramchander Rao.
The leaders later reached Kothagudem, where they were received by party workers, Singareni employees and local residents.
