Ranchi, June 3 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday stepped up preparations for the proposed two-day visit of its national president Nitin Nabin to Jharkhand on June 6 and 7.

A meeting of the party's arrangements committee was held at the state headquarters under the chairmanship of BJP state president Aditya Sahu to finalise preparations and allocate responsibilities for the visit.

State BJP general secretary Amar Kumar Bauri said the party had completed preparations for the visit and that detailed discussions were held regarding organisational programmes and logistics.
