Ranchi, June 6 -- BJP national president Nitin Nabin on Saturday said the party had played a key role in the creation of Jharkhand and would continue to work towards its development in line with the vision of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Addressing an intellectuals' interaction programme on "Viksit Bharat @2047" here, Nabin said Jharkhand's development must proceed while preserving its cultural heritage and identity.
"We created Jharkhand and we will shape its future. We have to build the Jharkhand envisioned by Atal Bihari Vajpayee," he said.
