New Delhi, July 11 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President and Union Minister JP Nadda has accepted the resignation of Telangana MLA T Raja Singh from the party with immediate effect.
Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh had submitted his resignation to Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy on June 30, expressing strong disappointment over media reports suggesting that criminal lawyer Ramchander Rao, a senior figure in the state BJP, was being considered for the party's state president position. Rao has also served on the Bar Council of India.
