Shillong, Sept. 2 -- Meghalaya leader of opposition and Trinamool Congress (TMC) legislator Mukul Sangma on Wednesday revealed that the BJP had attempted to poach TMC legislators, but asserted that his party's legislators have no intention of merging with the saffron party.
"In as far as members of the TMC are concerned, I say with conviction that we remain glued to our responsibility as members of the opposition and we will continue to work accordingly," the former Chief Minister maintained.
