New Delhi, Sept. 2 -- Stepping up its attack on the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab, the BJP on Wednesday alleged that an organised "cash-for-transfer-posting" network was operating in the state and demanded the resignation of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and answer from AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal.
BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia alleged that the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) investigation had brought to light a "rate card" for the transfer and posting of senior Punjab officials, including IAS and IPS officers.
