Ranchi, July 5 -- BJP spokesperson Rafia Naz on Sunday criticised the Jharkhand government's proposal for RIMS Part-2, saying the Health Department should first improve existing facilities at the Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) before announcing a new project.

Responding to Health Minister Irfan Ansari's recent remarks on RIMS Part-2, Naz alleged that the state's largest government hospital continued to face shortages of doctors, nurses, medicines, beds, and medical equipment, affecting patient care.
