Dharamshala, Feb. 28 -- Rajeev Bindal, president of the Himachal Pradesh unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), on Saturday accused the Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu-led state government of undermining due legal process for political interests.

Addressing a press conference in Dharamshala, Bindal reacted sharply to the reported confrontation between the Delhi Police and the Himachal Pradesh Police over the custody of three Youth Congress workers. He alleged that the state government was attempting to shield the accused, who, he claimed, were facing charges of tarnishing India's image.
