Nalgonda, March 18 -- Telangana BJP President N Ramchander Rao on Wednesday alleged that Congress leaders and their supporters attacked Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers in Nalgonda district, leaving six karyakartas seriously injured.
He visited the injured at the Government Hospital in Nalgonda and accused the ruling party of fostering "lawlessness and political intimidation" in the state.
According to him, two of the injured have been discharged, while four others continue to receive treatment. The injured were identified as Dattu Shiva, Somaraju, Mahesh, Ganesh, Venkatanna, and Nandu.
Rao also alleged that there was a delay in providing proper medical care, claiming treatment improved only after BJP leaders intervened.
