Dharamshala, April 8 -- Senior BJP spokesperson Trilok Kapoor on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on the Himachal Pradesh government led by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, accusing it of undermining democratic values through alleged manipulation of the Panchayati Raj election roster.
Kapoor said here today that the state was witnessing a phase akin to "complete misrule," alleging that the government was "fearful" of facing grassroots elections and was attempting to block popular and hardworking candidates from contesting.
