Patna, July 31 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday alleged that the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Jan Suraaj had a "silent understanding" during the Bankipur Assembly by-election, claiming that the alleged coordination between the two parties became evident during polling.
Addressing a press conference in Patna, BJP national spokesperson Ajay Alok alleged here that at several polling booths, RJD workers were seen persuading their supporters to vote for another candidate, indicating what he described as an "understanding" between the two opposition parties.
