Nahan, May 28 -- The BJP has accused the Congress MLA from Nahan, Ajay Solanki, of violating the code of conduct by holding a public meeting in the village of Sen for the Panchayat Raj elections. The party's legal cell has filed a written complaint with the Returning Officer and SDM, Nahan.
The BJP stated in the letter that election campaigning for the second phase of voting on May 28th ended at 5 pm on May 26th. However, Congress MLA Ajay Solanki openly violated the code of conduct by holding a public meeting in this Panchayat on May 27th. The complaint demanded that action be taken against the MLA for violating the code of conduct.
