Bhubaneswar, July 30 -- As Odisha grapples with a worsening flood situation, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi's visit to New Delhi has come under sharp attack from the Opposition Biju Janata Dal (BJD), which said his absence from the state "clearly shows that flood management is not the government's priority".
