Barabanki, Aug. 21 -- Alongside taking action against fake and illegal medicines in Uttar Pradesh, the Uttar Pradesh Food Safety and Drug Administration (FSDA) department is now also working rapidly towards developing the state as a major hub for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
As part of this initiative, the ground-breaking and foundation-laying ceremony for Biozenta Global's Rs. 1,250 crore pharmaceutical project was held at the Medical Park in Barabanki.
The factory, which will be established on approximately 13 acres of land, will manufacture anti-cancer drugs, hormones and other critical life-saving medicines.
