Bill to regulate transfer and posting of teachers introduced in Assembly

Itanagar, March 6 -- Arunachal Pradesh Education Minister Pasang Dorjee Sona on Friday introduced the Arunachal Pradesh Transfer and Posting of Employees of Education Department (Regulation and Management) Bill, 2026 in the State Legislative Assembly.

The proposed legislation seeks to establish a comprehensive statutory framework to regulate the transfer and posting of employees (teaching and non-teaching) under the Education Department in the state.
