Lucknow, April 5 -- Investigation agencies have stepped up their probe into the March 4 pickup vehicle arson case in Bijnor after new leads pointed to a handler based in Pakistan. The development follows the recent arrest of four suspected terrorists in Lucknow, officials said on Sunday.

Sources revealed that a video of a burning pickup truck was shared through the messaging app Telegram by an individual identified as Abu Bakr, who is believed to be operating from Pakistan. He allegedly dismissed the act as insignificant and urged the accused to carry out a larger attack in return for financial rewards.
