Bhubaneswar, Sept. 1 -- Bijaya Kumar Mishra has joined as the new Additional General Manager (AGM) of East Coast Railway (ECoR).
A 1991-batch Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer, Mishra has over 35 years of experience in railway finance, project management, train operations and administration. He is also serving as the Principal Financial Adviser (PFA) of ECoR, overseeing accounts, finance, budgeting and internal audit.
He has earlier served as Divisional Railway Manager of Tinsukia Division of Northeast Frontier Railway and as Project Finance Head of IRCON International in Kuala Lumpur, handling major infrastructure projects.
