Patna, July 4 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Saturday announced his decision to establish a state-level policy and planning commission on the lines of the Centre''s NITI Aayog to prepare a long-term development vision and strengthen evidence-based policymaking.
Choudhary made the announcement while chairing a high-level review meeting of the Planning and Development Department. He also reviewed the progress of key government schemes and outlined the state''s future development strategy.
