Patna, Aug. 26 -- In a landmark move to boost industrial growth, the Bihar Cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today gave it's green signal for providing free land to companies investing over Rs 100 crore and generating at least 1,000 jobs in the state.

Chief Secretary Amrit Lal Meena said here that the Cabinet approved the Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package (BIIPP) 2025, designed to accelerate industrialisation andattract large-scale investment.

The package includes land incentives, tax exemptions, subsidies, and the creation of new industrial parks across Bihar.
