Patna, July 12 -- Congress Spokesperson Supriya Shrinate today strongly condemned the worsening law and order situation in Bihar, claiming that the state ranks second highest in the crime rate in the country. She told news persons here that criminals no longer fear the law, while honest citizens, especially businessmen, were living under constant threat.
