Patna, Feb. 28 -- Ahead of Holi festival, the police in Bihar have rolled out a comprehensive security plan to prevent disturbances during the festival. DGP Vinay Kumar said on Saturday that additional forces have been deployed in all major cities, sensitive areas, religious sites, and naxal-affected districts, with special focus on Patna and other hotspots.
He daid that strict action will be taken against troublemakers, particularly biker gangs, those involved in street racing, or anyone disrupting peace under the garb of Holi. To ensure peaceful Holi, extra police personnel have been deployed in all districts.
