Jammu, Sept. 29 -- A Bihar man was taken into custody by security forces from near the International Border here in Arnia, on suspicion of having links with Pakistan.
Official sources said that a man, identified as Tara Chand Sadda of Shoirgaon, Araria district, Bihar, was nabbed while he was working in a field at Kaku Da Kotha village.
