Patna, June 5 -- : Bihar Rural Development Department and Information and Public Relations Minister Shrawan Kumar today said departmental schemes would now be monitored online, ensuring transparent and timely delivery of benefits to people living in rural areas.
The minister inaugurated the Centralised Grievance Redressal and Monitoring (CGRM) Portal, developed by the Rural Development Department to strengthen monitoring of rural welfare schemes and provide a digital platform for citizens to register complaints.
