Patna, May 24 -- Bihar Governor Syed Ata Hasnain said on Sunday that the state possesses strong fundamentals such as a young population, rich agricultural resources, tourism potential and entrepreneurship and leveraging these strengths can accelerate industrial development, job creation, innovation and investment.
