Madhubani, March 28 -- Describing the textile sector as a vital pillar of the Indian economy, union Textile Minister Giriraj Singh said that Bihar has immense potential in this field.
While inaugurating a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit of Savi Global Fashion Private Limited in the Pandaul industrial area of Madhubani district on Saturday, Singh said that such initiatives would help curb migration by providing local employment opportunities.
He said the unit was expected to give a major boost to Bihar's industrial growth and is a significant step towards attracting investment and generating large-scale employment in the state.
