Patna, May 21 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary Thursday directed all departments and district administrations to remain fully alert and ensure comprehensive preparedness in view of possible flood and drought situations in the state.
Reviewing pre-disaster arrangements, the Chief Minister held a high-level meeting with senior officers, while District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police from across Bihar joined via video conferencing.
