Patna, June 18 -- Bihar Minister Ashok Choudhary today said the state government has been pursuing a policy of "zero tolerance" towards crime and criminals and remains committed to maintaining law and order across the state.
Speaking on the issue of law and order, Choudhary, who is National General Secretary of the Janata Dal (United), said the government has been taking continuous and effective measures to control crime and that no guilty person would be spared.
Interacting with media persons, Choudhary, who is Rural Works Department minister, said India's global standing, diplomatic influence and strategic capabilities have witnessed significant growth under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
