Patna, Aug. 12 -- Bihar Governor-cum Chancellor Lt Gen Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd) has called upon Vice-Chancellors of universities in the state to maintain regular dialogue with students, understand their concerns and aspirations and create a positive academic environment on campuses.
Addressing a meeting of Vice-Chancellors at Bihar Lok Bhavan, the Governor said significant improvements were taking place in the state's higher education system, but stressed the need for continuous reforms, effective coordination and proper implementation of policies.
He described the implementation of the Samarth portal as an important opportunity for higher education and urged universities to make maximum use of the platform.
