Patna, Aug. 18 -- The Bihar government has transferred and reassigned 18 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers, according to an official order issued by the state government.
The reshuffle affects several senior police positions, including vigilance, prohibition, anti-terrorism, cyber investigation, special vigilance, human rights and district policing.
According to the notification, among the key changes, Anil Kumar (2010 batch) has been posted as DIG, Prohibition and ANTF; while Mrityunjay Kumar Choudhary (2010 batch) has been posted as DIG, Civil Defence, Bihar.
