Patna, Aug. 10 -- Within hours after RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav made public about the name of Bihar Deputy CM Vijay Kumar Sinha being registered at two places in separate assembly constituencies, the Election Commission issued a notice to him seeking his reply in this connection by August 14.

According to Election Commission sources, notice has been sent to Sinha asking him to reply by August 14 about his name being registered at two places in Bankipur and Lakhisarai assembly constituencies. On the basis of reply received, further action would be initiated, sources added.
