Patna, Feb. 1 -- Launching a scathing attack on the NDA government at the Centre over the union Budget, Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee President Rajesh Ram on Sunday termed it the most disappointing budget the country has witnessed so far and alleged that his state has once again been deprived of its rightful share.
Ram said the Modi government has tried to conceal the deteriorating condition of the country's economy by dangling figures and selling dreams, while the reality on the ground reflects economic distress.
