Patna, July 4 -- Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) president Rajesh Ram has said the party is committed to constitute organisational committees down to the booth level as part of its Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan (organisation-building campaign).
Addressing a monthly review meeting of district Congress presidents at the party headquarters, Sadaqat Ashram here on Friday, Ram said the campaign had gained momentum with the support of district units. Following the formation of block-level committees, the process of constituting mandal committees has also begun, he added.
