Patna, Sept. 10 -- The Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee''s disciplinary committee has issued show-cause notices to 29 party leaders for their alleged involvement in anti-party activities and indiscipline during a protest held near the AICC headquarters in New Delhi on September 8 against the state Congress leadership.
Bihar Pradesh Congress disciplinary committee chairman Kapildev Prasad Yadav, in the notices issued to the leaders today said their participation in the protest amounted to a violation of the party''s policies, discipline and directives and constituted "gross indiscipline".
